Mirathane® Antibacterial TPU material fully combines the advantages of inorganic and organic antibacterial agents, which has the characteristics of good heat resistance, high safety, fast sterilization speed and good color stability. It can not only maintain the background color, transparency, mechanical properties and color stability of polyurethane elastomer materials, but also kill bacteria, fungi, viruses and other microorganisms on the surface of TPU products. It endows the material with long-lasting, broad-spectrum, highly effective, and safe antimicrobial properties, while passing biosafety (cytotoxicity, hypersensitivity, and skin irritation) tests, and also can effectively solve the problems of bacteria, fungi, virus breeding and mildew in the use of TPU products.
