Thermoplastic polyurethane elastomers (TPU) are a class of polyurethanes that can be plasticized by heating and have little or no chemical crosslinking in chemical structure.It has high strength, high modulus, good elasticity, excellent wear resistance and good oil resistance in a wide hardness range, so it is widely used in medicine, industry, agriculture, military and other major fields. However, without any treatment, the flame retardant effect and antistatic effect of polyurethane elastomer are poor, and its limiting oxygen index is only about 18%, so it is flammable in the air. TPU materials that require flame retardants in the fields of wires and cables, electronic appliances and other fields, which greatly limits the use of TPU materials.
